This website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Trade Daddy, a brand of Theta Daddies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Trade Daddy," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://tradedaddy.ai constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Trade Daddy is an educational trading platform and technology product that provides tools, data, community access, and AI-powered analysis for informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and all users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and results. Trading involves substantial risk and no profits are guaranteed.

By using Trade Daddy, you acknowledge and agree that the platform operates using Vercel (hosting), Supabase (backend database), Discord (community chat), Intrinio (market data provider), Resend (automated email delivery), and Claude (AI analysis). You further agree that platform access may be revoked for misuse or redistribution of proprietary content, and that Trade Daddy, its founders, and affiliates are not liable for any financial losses.

These Terms should be read together with the Trade Daddy End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Theta Daddies LLC Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA on matters relating to the software product, the EULA governs. In the event of a conflict on data privacy matters, the Privacy Policy governs.

Legal Entity

The Site https://tradedaddy.ai is owned and operated by Theta Daddies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. "Trade Daddy" is a brand name of Theta Daddies LLC. All references to "Trade Daddy" in these Terms refer to Theta Daddies LLC. The contracting party for all purposes under these Terms is Theta Daddies LLC.

AI-Powered Analysis Disclaimer

Trade Daddy uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to provide analysis, summaries, and other AI-generated content. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Trade Daddy makes no representations or warranties that any AI analysis is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular trade or investment decision. AI analysis is not financial advice. You should not rely on AI-generated output as the basis for any trading decision. Trade Daddy, Theta Daddies LLC, and Anthropic are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on AI-generated analysis.

Third-Party Market Data

Market data displayed on the Site is sourced from Intrinio, a third-party data provider. Trade Daddy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of market data provided by Intrinio or any other third-party source. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You acknowledge that Trade Daddy is not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from inaccurate, delayed, or missing third-party market data. You should independently verify all market data before making any trading decision.

Privacy

Your use of https://tradedaddy.ai is subject to Trade Daddy's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications

Visiting https://tradedaddy.ai or sending emails to Trade Daddy constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. Trade Daddy and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Site or any products or services offered by Trade Daddy. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Trade Daddy does not permit use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18. If Trade Daddy becomes aware that a user is under 18, the account will be terminated immediately and without notice.

Subscription Terms

Access to Trade Daddy's premium features is available on a subscription basis. The following terms govern all subscriptions:

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) on the date of your original purchase.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting thetadaddies@gmail.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features through the end of your paid billing period. Access will be revoked at the conclusion of that period.
• No Proration: Trade Daddy does not prorate subscription fees for partial billing periods.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date will be considered and processed at Trade Daddy's discretion. Requests must be submitted to thetadaddies@gmail.com. After 30 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Community Conduct (Discord)

Trade Daddy's Discord community is provided for educational discussion and community engagement only. By participating in the Discord community, you expressly agree that you will not:

• Post, share, or distribute specific trading recommendations, buy/sell signals, or investment advice of any kind.
• Represent yourself as a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment professional.
• Solicit other members to follow specific trades or investment strategies.
• Share or redistribute any proprietary Trade Daddy content, analysis, or materials outside the platform.
• Engage in any conduct that could be construed as the unlicensed practice of investment advisory services.
• Harass, threaten, or demean other community members.

Trade Daddy reserves the right to remove any content and terminate Discord access for any violation of these conduct rules, without notice or refund.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use https://tradedaddy.ai strictly in accordance with these Terms. You warrant to Trade Daddy that you will not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, AI analysis, market data presentations, and course materials — is the property of Trade Daddy or its suppliers, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, transfer, sell, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any Site content, in whole or in part, without express written permission.

Use of Communication Services

The Site may contain forums, community spaces, and other communication facilities (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. Trade Daddy reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content posted to a Communication Service at its sole discretion. Trade Daddy has no obligation to monitor Communication Services but may do so at any time.

All content within Communication Services is for educational and informational purposes only. Community moderators and members are not licensed financial advisors and their views do not represent those of Trade Daddy or Theta Daddies LLC.

Materials Provided to tradedaddy.ai

Trade Daddy does not claim ownership of materials you provide to the Site (including feedback and suggestions). However, by posting, uploading, or submitting content ("Submissions"), you grant Trade Daddy and Theta Daddies LLC permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission, and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. No compensation will be paid for the use of your Submission.

Links to Third-Party Sites / Third-Party Services

https://tradedaddy.ai may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under the control of Trade Daddy, and Trade Daddy is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Trade Daddy. Certain services available via the Site are delivered by third parties. By using such services, you consent to Trade Daddy sharing necessary data with those third parties as required to deliver the requested functionality.

Third Party Accounts

You will be able to connect your Trade Daddy account to third-party accounts. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites. If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Trade Daddy (Theta Daddies LLC) from offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use the Site in any country or manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Daddy, Theta Daddies LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, any content you post, any violation of these Terms, any violation of third-party rights, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan, Wyoming, or such other location as the parties mutually agree. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THETA DADDIES LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS WAIVER IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THETA DADDIES LLC.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. TRADE DADDY AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AI ANALYSIS, OR THIRD-PARTY MARKET DATA CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADE DADDY AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADE DADDY AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS OR THIRD-PARTY MARKET DATA.

Termination / Access Restriction

Trade Daddy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for any conduct that Trade Daddy believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Trade Daddy, or third parties, or for any other reason at Trade Daddy's sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming for all disputes not subject to arbitration under this Agreement.

Changes to Terms

Trade Daddy reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For material changes, Trade Daddy will provide at least 14 days' advance written notice to registered users via email to the address associated with their account. Non-material clarifications may be made without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the Site following notice of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
